Your new subscription consists of two products:
Sunrise Freedom relax
normal price CHF 65.00/month. As a Medinex customer, you get a Medinex discount of 41 %. So you only pay CHF 38.35/month.
Option Medinex Plus
the normal price is CHF 15.00/month. As a thank you for your loyalty, it’s free for you!
The subscription will appear on your bill as Sunrise Freedom relax. As a Medinex customer, you benefit from a Medinex discount of 41 % off the Sunrise Freedom relax basic subscription fee. So you pay CHF 38.35/month. In addition, you benefit from the free Medinex Plus option, worth CHF 15.00.
All other services and options will be billed as usual.
Is the switch mandatory?
Yes. Over the next few months, all customers will have to switch to new rate plans because the old ones will no longer be available in the future. With this change, Sunrise guarantees its customers a modern, proper offer, with the best price-performance ratio. The new subscriptions include additional services, access to all options, an additional 10 % discount if you combine mobile with Sunrise Home, access to many new devices, and much more.

Will I get other benefits if I switch to the new rate?
Yes, of course! In addition to a discounted subscription fee and additional services, you can also combine the product with Sunrise Home and sign up for a device plan for a new mobile phone.
With the new rates, you can also get a new smartphone with a device plan
With each Sunrise Freedom subscription, you can sign up for a device plan at any time. You also get the smartphone of your choice, starting at CHF 1.00 down payment, and then simply pay it in monthly installments, with no interest or fees.
A Sunrise device plan has only benefits for you:
- A down payment starting at CHF 1.00 for any smartphone (based on a credit check)
- You can decide for yourself what the down payment and therefor the monthly installments will be.
- Monthly installment payments do not incur any interest or fees.
Once the switch is confirmed, you can immediately order a new mobile phone, by making a down payment starting at CHF 1.00 and signing up for a device plan at www.sunrise.ch/mysunrise or at a Sunrise shop.

Combine your new mobile subscription with a Sunrise Home product and save 10 % more each month!
If you combine your new Freedom subscription and the Home products from Sunrise, you get an additional 10 % discount off all basic fees with the Sunrise advantage.
You will automatically benefit from the Sunrise advantage as soon as a Sunrise Home Internet, landline network or TV product, or a Sunrise mobile Freedom subscription is included on your bill.

Will I be charged a fee for switching my subscription?
No. The change is free of charge for our loyal Medinex customers.

If you have general questions about your Sunrise bill, you can find our billing wizard in My Sunrise. As soon as the switch to your new subscription is in effect, you can connect to it using your mobile phone number via the following link: www.sunrise.ch/mysunrise (to do this, please use your mobile phone number as the user name and click on “Connect for the first time”).
The billing wizard is a digital, interactive copy of the invoice. It gives you more transparency and facilitates cost control because your bill is explained clearly and in detail.
